
Nautilus, Inc. announced that Garry Wiseman has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer, effective October 26, 2020. In his new role, Wiseman will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and business performance of JRNY, an AI-powered, adaptive training platform that creates personalized at-home workouts. He will also help accelerate the company’s ongoing digital transformation. The former Dell and Microsoft executive will bring deep software development and digital expertise to the JRNY platform and direct business.
Most recently, he served as senior vice president of Digital Customer Experience at Dell Technologies. During his tenure, he led the company through a rapid digital transformation, leading to significant year-over-year revenue growth and improved CSAT (customer satisfaction score) and eNPS scores. Wiseman was responsible for Dell.com, the Dell Premier B2B marketplace, all offline sales systems and internal commerce platforms, as well as leading the company’s product management, design, engineering, and content teams.
Prior to joining Dell, Wiseman held senior leadership positions in product management, e-commerce, and software engineering for global technology companies, including Microsoft, eBay, and Salesforce. He also holds eight U.S. patents.
