Warranty and Returns

Warranty:

1. The Seller, on behalf of Bach Sport (hereinafter referred to as the “Guarantee”), shall provide a guarantee for the Product (s) contained in the Sales Package (hereinafter “Product”).

2. The guarantor undertakes that in due time (usually up to 14 working days) he will remove all material, construction and performance defects free of charge, by way of repair or if the guarantor finds such a need – he will replace the product.

3. The warranty period begins with the purchase of the product by the first end user. The product may consist of many separate parts and each of them may have a different warranty period. In addition, the warranty time depends on the manufacturer of the product, the standard warranty period is 24 (twenty four) months, however, in the card of each product on the bachasport.pl website, it is specified in detail with a division into domestic or semi-commercial and commercial use, if given The equipment has the possibility of such use.

4. The warranty is not covered by consumables such as: ropes, belts, rubber elements, belts, sponge holders, spring pedals, paint coating, etc.

5. The warranty does not cover equipment damage resulting from:

a. improper use and storage of equipment;
b. improper maintenance;
c. independent repairs without consent and consultation with an authorized service center;
d. making independent changes or structural modifications.
e. exceeding the permissible weight of the exerciser for a given product. For maximum load information, please refer to the user manual and the product.

6. The use of the Product inconsistent with its intended use and the conditions set out in the User Manual voids the warranty.

7. The defective product is delivered to the seller to the seller at his own expense.

8. The warranty card without the entered product, date of sale, stamp and signature of the seller is invalid.

9. If the product is purchased online, the warranty card is not imposed, and the basis for the guarantee is the proof of purchase (VAT, receipt, WZ).

10. Duplicates of raised warranty cards will not be issued.

11. The warranty in no way excludes or limits the rights resulting from the non-compliance of the goods with the purchase contract. 12. The warranty is valid only in the Republic of Poland.

Warranty cards:

Warranty cards that the buyer receive with the goods are not imposed as standard. On the occasion of the first repair, the warranty card will be imprinted at the service point. 

Returns:

1. The Buyer, on the basis of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), has the right to withdraw from the concluded sales contract within the time limit & nbsp; 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, without giving any reason. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry. The original sales document must be attached to the returned goods. If the returned goods are one of several items on the order & nbsp; bachasport.pl & nbsp; after receiving and accepting the goods, it will issue the buyer an invoice and send it back to the buyer’s address. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. The returned goods can also be delivered in person to the seat & nbsp; bachasport.pl. The buyer is obliged to properly secure the returned goods in order to prevent its damage in transport. If the delivered goods are incomplete or bear traces of use, the store & nbsp; bachasport.pl & nbsp; returns the goods to the buyer after informing him about it by phone. During a telephone conversation with a consultant & nbsp; bachasport.pl & nbsp; the buyer will be informed about the address to which he should return the purchased goods. 

2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the amount will be transferred to the Buyer’s bank account (in the event that the payment was made by direct transfer to the account & nbsp; bachasport.pl) or to the order address (in the case of cash on delivery) within 14 working days from the date of re-acceptance of the goods by the seller.

3. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract may be submitted by the Consumer on the form available at the link return form (Click to view) or in any other form in accordance with consumer law.

4. The Seller shall immediately confirm to the Consumer by e-mail (provided at the conclusion of the contract and another, if provided in the submitted declaration), receipt of a declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

5. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered void.

6. The Consumer returns the items that are the subject of the Agreement, from which he has withdrawn at his own expense and risk.

7. The Consumer does not bear the costs of delivering digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if he has not agreed to perform the performance before the expiry of the period of withdrawal or has not been informed about the loss of his right to withdraw from the contract at the time of granting such consent or the entrepreneur did not provide confirmation in accordance with Art. 15 sec. 1 and art. 21 sec. 1. Consumer law.

8. The Consumer is responsible for the reduction of the value of the item being the subject of the Agreement and resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

9. The Seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment as used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of payment, which does not involve any costs for him.

10. The Seller may withhold the refund of the payment received from the Consumer until the item is returned or the Consumer provides proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first.
