A few words about the service point:

  • We deal with warranty and post-warranty repairs of all brands offered in the portfolio of Bacha Sport. Among others: Adidas Training Hardware, Body Sculpture, Body Style, Cornilleau France, Ecowellness, Impulse Fitness, Lifetime, Lifetime Basketball, L.A. Sports, Nordictrack, Proform, Reebok Fitness, Proform, Solex Sports, & nbsp; TuffStuff, Flowfitness, Bowflex, Schwinn, Nautilus. You can find the current list of products in the tab Product catalog
  • Many years of experience and qualified staff allow for quick and effective locating and elimination of faults.
  • We take an active part in the process of improving, designing and building new products.
  • We have over 50,000 different spare parts.
  • We remove 95% of the defects on the same day we received the damaged equipment.
  • Logistics for every hand. If you are unable to deliver the equipment in person to the point of purchase or directly to the service point, please contact us. We will order a courier for you who will pick up the damaged product at our expense. You will only pay for the shipment to yourself.

Scope of the service point:

  • Providing professional technical support to authorized distributors. Individual customers should contact the point of sale first to file a complaint.
  • The service is responsible for removing defects caused during the use of the products in accordance with the warranty conditions and defects that may have arisen during the production or transport process.

  • The Customer Service Point is open from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.
