- We repair 95% of faults the same day we receive the damaged equipment.
- Logistics at your fingertips. If you’re unable to deliver your equipment in person to the point of purchase or directly to a service center, please contact us. We’ll arrange a courier for you to collect the damaged product at our expense. You only pay for shipping to you.
Scope of activities of the Service Point:
- Providing professional technical support to authorized distributors. Individual customers should first contact the point of sale to file a complaint.
- The service is responsible for removing faults arising during the use of sports equipment in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions, as well as defects that may have arisen during the production process or transport.
