Contrary to popular belief, trampolines are great fun not only for children but for practically everyone. It’s also worth remembering that the crazy jumping, while undoubtedly a lot of fun, is also a huge dose of good exercise for the body. Did you know that:
-
Do you engage all the muscles of your body when exercising on a trampoline?
-
Is a trampoline helpful in maintaining a constant body weight because fat tissue is quickly burned during exercise?
-
Does systematic exercise increase spatial motor coordination?
-
During exercise, the skeletal system is subjected to minimal strain, and this is precisely why it is recommended for children, as it helps reduce posture defects?
If you answered no to even one of these questions, we encourage you to try a trampoline as a way not only to have fun, but also to get in shape, improve your fitness and therefore your health.
Remember that a trampoline is first and foremost about having fun, but it is also:
- improving fitness and motor coordination
- stress reduction
- strengthening the body
- cellulite reduction
- reduction of body fat
- strengthening the heart
- lowering blood pressure and cholesterol levels
Isn’t it worth a try? 🙂
