Due to the nature of the service technicians’ work, which focuses on field service trips, repairs at the company’s headquarters, or directly at the client’s location, it is not always possible to answer a call from a client. For this reason, we encourage you to contact us by email regarding spare parts or repairs. The message should contain information about the model, part, and possibly photos of the damage.
