GDPR – emails

By responding to correspondence with Bacha Sport, you consent to the processing of personal data for purposes related to the provision of this service and to notifying you by telephone or e-mail about its progress, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Providing your data is voluntary and you have the right to control, access and correct your data.. Your personal data may also be used for analytical and statistical purposes, for direct marketing purposes or for the exercise or defense against claims – within the framework of the legally permitted and legitimate interest of the personal data controller (i.e. in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Furthermore, your data may be made available to other entities if their cooperation with Bacha Sport is justified by the Processing Purposes or is related to the storage of your data (e.g. entities providing mailing, postal, courier, banking, advisory, financial, accounting, tax, auditing, legal services, or entities providing hosting services or services related to IT systems and software).
