In the event of a hardware failure, please contact the item purchase point.

Please fill in the electronic one service form, which will then be sent to the Bach Sport technical service. Within a few working days, the technical service will contact you by phone for information on further proceedings with the complaint.

Please provide the most accurate description of the fault, which will allow us to repair quickly and save your time.

 

Important information:

In the event of a complaint, the Customer is obliged to inform the Seller about it by phone. The advertised product sends the buyer complete with all equipment and proof of purchase (fiscal receipt, invoice or courier bill of lading) at its own expense, and the return shipment with the repaired / replaced goods is sent at our expense, but only if the complaint was justified. Complaints about incomplete or without proof of purchase will not be considered and the possible return of the goods will only take place after paying the shipping costs. We do not accept goods previously not reported by phone for complaints. The Buyer is responsible for the effective delivery of the item to the seat of our website.
