Competition for children promoting sport

On the occasion of Children’s Day, the Bacha Sport company organizes a drawing competition for children. The aim of the campaign is to promote sport and active recreation in the fresh air.

Competition regulations:

General provisions

1. The organizer of the drawing competition and the founder of the awards is Bacha Sport.
2. The aim of the competition is to promote sports, active summer recreation.
3. The theme of the competition: “What kind of sports do you do”.
4. Parents who are fans of Bach Sport on the profile can take part in the competition: https://www.facebook.com/bachasport.
5. Participation in the competition is free and completely voluntary.
6. Each participant may submit a maximum of 2 works in electronic or paper form.
   

Competition rules

1. Work should be signed as follows:

• Author’s name and surname
• WORK TITLES
• possibly a photo of the child who made the drawing

1. Works should be sent by e-mail (scan) to the address facebook@bachasport.pl or by post to the following address: ul. Kozielska 439, 44-164 Gliwice.
   

The course of the competition

1. Each work accepted for the competition will be published on Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/bachasport.
2. Upon the appearance of the work on Facebook, the audience will cast votes by pressing the “Like!” button.   the two works that receive the highest number of votes will receive the Audience Award.
3. Of all the works Jury emerges And, II and III place.
4. The works will be assessed Jury appointed by the organizer.

deadlines

1. Works can be sent until June 12, 2013. Works submitted after the deadline will not be taken into account.
2. The competition will be adjudicated and the results will be announced by 14/06/2013 at: https://www.facebook.com/bachasport.

Submission of works to the competition is also a declaration that:

1. The child signed at work is the author / author of the work
2. The parent/guardian agrees to issue and publish them and accepts any claim of any nature that third parties could make against the Organizers of the Competition
3. The parent / guardian accepts the terms of the Competition Regulations and agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883) and to the free use by the Competition Organizer of the submitted works at any time and form for the purposes of promoting the Competition.

Final provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to reject works with content generally considered offensive, infringing third party rights or Polish law, containing pornographic content or clearly detrimental to religious feelings. The decision to reject such a rejection is indisputable and final.
2. The organizer reserves that he is not responsible for the events that prevent the correct conduct of the competition, which he was unable to foresee or which he could not prevent, in particular in the event of random events, including force majeure.
3. The competition is not subject to the provisions of the Act of July 29, 1992 on games and mutual wagering (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 4, item 27, as amended).
4. These Regulations come into force on the day of the Competition commencement and is valid until its end.
