Andrzej Wereszczak is the Polish record holder!

We recently profiled Andrzej Wereszczak, an incredible Polish ultrarunner who planned to challenge the Polish record in the 6-day race. As a company, we sponsored Andrzej to help him achieve his goal. Andrzej competed in the EMU 6-days competition, which took place in Hungary from May 9-15, 2019. A total of 96 runners from around the world participated, including eight from Poland (two women). The competitors ran on a 926.82-meter asphalt loop.

For the entire six days, we constantly cheered Andrzej on and followed his progress, periodically updating him on Facebook about his progress. The weather during the race was poor; in the rain and gale-force winds, fatigue certainly didn’t help with the enjoyment of the race. This makes us all the more in awe of Andrzej’s achievement, his perseverance, and his humility.

On May 16th, we welcomed the Champion to Poland with the HRmax Żory club. It was a very moving moment for all of us.

Once again, we would like to congratulate Andrzej and wish him continued success, in which we will happily continue to support him.
